You don’t have to keep surviving.
Let’s help your mind and body believe you’re finally safe.
Healing after emotional abuse isn’t about “getting over it.”
It’s about rebuilding trust in yourself, calming a nervous system that’s been stuck in survival mode, and creating a life that no longer revolves around fear, confusion, or self-doubt.
Through trauma-informed life coaching, I help women move beyond survival so they can experience greater peace, confidence, and freedom in their everyday lives.
This might be for you if:
You’ve been carrying the weight of emotional abuse long after the relationship changed, or ended.
Maybe you…
➤ Keep second-guessing yourself and your decisions.
➤ Feel emotionally attached to someone who continues to hurt you.
➤ Know the relationship isn't healthy but struggle to let go.
➤ You’re dating someone and can’t tell whether what you're experiencing is healthy or emotionally abusive.
➤ You've left the relationship but still panic when they call, text, or show up in your thoughts.
➤ Feel anxious, overwhelmed, or constantly on edge.
➤ Have lost sight of who you are outside the relationship.
➤ Find yourself repeating unhealthy relationship patterns.
➤ Want support that's compassionate, practical, and trauma-informed.
If you’re nodding along, know this:
You don’t have to navigate healing by yourself.
What is Trauma-Informed Life Coaching
Life coaching isn’t about telling you what to do. It’s about helping you reconnect with the wisdom that’s already within you.
My coaching is designed for women who are healing from emotionally abusive relationships and want support moving forward, not by pushing through their pain, but by understanding it.
Many of the women I work with have already been to therapy. They understand what happened intellectually, but they still don’t feel different. They still panic when he texts. They still question themselves. They still feel pulled back into the trauma bond. My work helps bridge the gap between knowing and truly healing.
Together, we’ll explore the patterns keeping you stuck, strengthen your self-trust, and create practical steps toward the life you want to build.
Unlike traditional coaching that focuses only on goals and mindset, my approach recognizes that trauma affects both the mind and the body.
Healing often requires more than positive thinking—it requires helping your nervous system feel safe enough to move forward.
What We May Work On Together
Every journey is different, but our work may include:
-
Understand the impact of emotional abuse, reduce self-blame, and begin rebuilding a healthier relationship with yourself.
-
Learn why leaving feels so difficult, untangle emotional attachment, and create space for genuine freedom.
-
Reconnect with your intuition, strengthen your boundaries, and make decisions with greater confidence.
-
Develop tools that help your body move out of survival mode and into greater calm, resilience, and emotional safety.
-
Recognize unhealthy patterns, redefine what safety looks like, and build relationships rooted in mutual respect.
-
Explore your goals, identity, purpose, and future with clarity—not based on fear, but on the life you truly want.
My Approach to Healing
Every woman comes with a different story, different experiences, and a nervous system that has adapted in its own unique way.
That’s why I don’t follow a rigid coaching formula.
Instead, I create a supportive space where we can move at your pace while combining compassionate conversation with trauma-informed practices that help create meaningful, lasting change.
Depending on your needs, our work may integrate:
Brainspotting
EFT Tapping
Internal Family Systems (IFS)
Nervous System Regulation
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
Somatic Healing Practices
Our sessions are collaborative, personalized, and centered around what feels most supportive for you.
Why This Work is Different
Many women come to me after they’ve already done “all the right things.”
They’ve read the books.
Listened to the podcasts.
Gone to therapy.
Talked endlessly about what happened.
Yet they still feel stuck.
That’s because healing isn’t just about understanding your story.
It’s about helping your nervous system finally learn that the danger is over.
My goal isn’t to fix you.
It’s to help you become the most empowered version of yourself, someone who trusts her instincts, honors her boundaries, and no longer feels controlled by fear or someone else's behavior.
My work bridges the gap between insight and embodied healing, combining clinical knowledge, lived experience, and practical support that helps women move forward with greater confidence and self-trust.
Every healing journey looks different.
But many women tell me they finally experience something they haven’t felt in a long time:
➤ Peace
➤ Freedom
➤ The ability to trust themselves again
As healing unfolds, many clients also notice:
➤ Greater confidence in their decisions.
➤ Stronger boundaries.
➤ Less self-blame and guilt.
➤ Increased emotional regulation.
➤ A deeper sense of peace and safety.
➤ Greater trust in themselves.
➤ Healthier relationships.
➤ More clarity about the future.
It’s about finding freedom from the anxiety, fear, and trauma that have been keeping you stuck, so you can move through life with greater confidence, peace, and a renewed sense of control.
Healing isn’t about becoming someone new.
You don’t have to figure this out alone
No one heals by being told to "just move on."
It happens when you're given the space, support, and tools to reconnect with yourself at your own pace.
Whether you’re questioning your relationship, preparing to leave, or trying to rebuild after it's over, you don’t have to do this alone.
I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
