Compassionate trauma therapy that helps you move beyond survival and reclaim peace after trauma.
Healing from emotional abuse and trauma isn't about forgetting what happened. It’s about helping your mind and body finally learn that the danger is over, so you can experience more peace, freedom, and confidence in your everyday life.
For Florida residents, I offer virtual trauma therapy grounded in evidence-based, trauma-informed approaches that support healing at your own pace.
Therapy Can Be a Place to Exhale
When you’ve lived through emotional abuse or chronic trauma, it can feel like your nervous system never truly relaxes.
You may constantly question yourself.
Replay conversations.
Expect the worst.
Feel emotionally overwhelmed one day and completely numb the next.
These responses aren’t signs that something is wrong with you.
They’re often signs of a nervous system that has spent a long time trying to keep you safe.
Therapy becomes a place where your nervous system can finally begin to experience safety again.
Together, we’ll gently explore your story, understand the impact of trauma, and work toward healing that reaches beyond coping.

My Approach to Trauma Therapy
I believe healing happens when we work with both the mind and the body.
While talking about your experiences can bring understanding, many people understand their story intellectually but still don't feel different emotionally.
Trauma often lives deeper—in the nervous system, emotions, and body.
That’s why I integrate evidence-based therapies that support lasting healing rather than simply managing symptoms.
Every treatment plan is personalized based on your needs, goals, and comfort level.
Therapeutic Modalities
Brainspotting
Helps process trauma held deep within the nervous system, often reaching experiences that words alone can't fully access.
EMDR
Helps the brain process distressing experiences so they become less emotionally overwhelming over time.
Internal Family Systems (IFS)
An approach that helps you understand and compassionately work with different parts of yourself, creating greater self-awareness, healing, and internal balance.
EFT Tapping
A mind-body technique that combines gentle tapping with focused awareness to help reduce emotional distress and support nervous system regulation.
What Therapy With Me Looks Like
No two healing journeys are the same.
Our work together begins with getting to know you—your experiences, your goals, and what feels most important right now.
From there, we’ll move at a pace that feels supportive and sustainable.
There is no pressure to revisit anything before you’re ready.
My role isn’t to rush your healing or tell you how you should feel.
It’s to create a safe, collaborative space where healing can unfold naturally.
Throughout our work together, you’ll be met with compassion, curiosity, and respect for your unique story.
My Philosophy
I don’t believe healing comes from simply “thinking more positively.”
I believe it comes from understanding what your nervous system has been trying to protect you from.
You’re not broken. Your nervous system has adapted the way it needed to in order to survive.
Many women arrive feeling frustrated because they know their relationship was unhealthy, yet they still feel attached, anxious, or overwhelmed.
There is nothing “wrong” with you.
Your responses make sense in the context of what you’ve experienced.
Healing begins when we stop asking, “What’s wrong with me?” and start asking, “What happened to me?”
From there, we can begin creating new experiences of safety, trust, and connection.
This isn’t becoming someone else.
Therapy isn’t about changing who you are.
It's about helping you feel like you again.
It’s about creating enough safety within your mind and body that fear no longer runs your life.
Together, we’ll work toward greater peace, confidence, and freedom—at a pace that honors your nervous system and your story.
